Team Introduction
Ads Measurement's mission is to help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok across all of their paid channels. As a Software Engineer on the Ads Measurement team, you will build scalable tech foundations, launch various products to extract real signals, and offer scientific methodologies to help advertising effectiveness. The team is working on a variety of products end-to-end, including web/app signals infra and modeling, identity, attribution, lift, brand safety, viewability, invalid traffic, etc., as well as new innovative features.

Technical Assessment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing various scalable ads measurement systems, including signal ingestion, signal processing pipeline, user matching service, ads attribution system, lift study infrastructure and algorithm, integrating with third-party partners, etc.
• Build service frameworks with highest performance and availability.
• Build globalized ad systems across multiple data centers intercontinental.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, or related fields.
• Prior experience working with languages like Golang, Python, Java, C++ or C;
• Strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
• Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
